Recipe photographs are served from this site with identifying metadata removed.
No YouTube player or tracking thumbnail loads until you choose to leave this site.
Nothing you type—because there is nowhere to type it.
This version of Baking with Barb has no account, contact form, newsletter form, comment system, payment system, or site database containing visitor information.
The “Save me a slice” button is a visual bit of fun. It does not submit, save, or transmit personal information.
Secure delivery still requires normal network information.
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
The site itself does not use that information to identify visitors or create advertising audiences.
YouTube receives a request only after your click.
Video shortcuts open YouTube in a separate tab. Once you choose a video, YouTube’s terms and privacy practices apply. We use local imagery on the recipe page so merely viewing this site does not request YouTube thumbnails.
No advertising analytics are installed.
Baking with Barb does not intentionally set advertising, newsletter, or behavioral-analytics cookies. Our security provider may use strictly necessary mechanisms to distinguish legitimate visitors from abusive traffic.
A newsletter will not quietly change the deal.
- A dedicated privacy contact and authenticated domain email will be published before any signup form goes live.
- Any future newsletter will request only an email address and, optionally, a first name.
- Subscription will be voluntary, confirmed, and easy to cancel.
- The signup notice will name the email provider, explain the purpose, and describe retention and deletion choices.
- Passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health information, and precise location will never be requested for a recipe newsletter.
Protecting Barb matters, too.
This site intentionally omits a home address, personal telephone number, family travel details, and private family information. Please do not use recipes, photographs, or videos to infer or publish someone’s home location.
